    Manhattan Dealers - Introduction

Manhattan Dealers is a single player, beat ‘em up game for the Amiga,
Atari ST & MS DOS. Originally released in France, it was developed
by Silmarils and published by Infogrames in 1988. Later that same year
it was published in the United States under the name Operation Clean
Streets by American publisher Brøderbund Software for the same
        systems.

    Manhattan Dealers - Gameplay

You play as inspector Harry, who has been sent to Manhattan, in order
to break up an international drugs gang known as the Manhattan
        dealers.

Your goal is to seize and destroy the gang's supply of narcotics, each
enemy you defeat will drop the drugs they are carrying which can be
burnt in a skip in exchange for extra health.

There are a total of nine different sections of the game world each
representing a different  part of Manhattan with its own enemy
type. There are several different enemies to defeat from spiky haired
punks riding bikes to whip wielding vampires on the side of the Hudson
River. While fighting these enemies, the locals will occasionally appear
at their windows to see what is happening and some will even throw
objects such as bricks and flowerpots at you.

Once all enemies have been defeated and the drugs have been
successfully destroyed, you have beaten level one. There are a total
of five levels of the game, each level is identical to the next, the
only difference being the amount of enemies to defeat and drugs required
        in order to complete it.

    Gangster Town - Introduction

Gangster Town is a shooter created by SEGA in 1987 for the SEGA master
system. The game required the use of the master system’s Light Phaser
accessory, which was a “light gun” controller. A “light gun” controller
is a pointing device usually shaped to resemble a pistol used for
targeting objects on a screen. Two Light Phasers can be used for local
        multiplayer.

where gangsters will attack from all possible angles including from
windows, behind curtains and even from underneath manhole

At the end of each stage Big Boss’s loyal second in command, Ferret
Face will attack you and must be defeated in order to proceed.

After completing a stage, your shooting record is displayed. This is
made up of three sections: shots fired, hit ratio & points earned.
You are awarded points by performing actions such as shooting gangsters,
scenery or even shooting the spirits of defeated gangsters. An innocent
bystander named Lulu will also occasionally appear on screen, who will

Law Of The West - Introduction

Law Of The West is a wild west themed graphical adventure game
developed and published by Accolade Inc in 1985 for the Commodore 64
& Apple II series of computers in North America.

Law Of The West - Gameplay

consists of four locations, the saloon, stagecoach office, train station
and bank. With the player taking the role of the town's sheriff.

The aim of the game is to maintain order in the town until sun down at
which point you will be scored on your performance. Along the way you
will encounter a range of characters from Mexican fugitives to the
        town's doctor.

One at a time the town's residents will approach the sheriff with an inquiry. The player is presented with five lines of dialogue, the top
line in red is the character's comment and the other four lines are
potential responses, each of which has its distinct tone from apologetic
        to aggressive.

The player also has the option to draw and fire their gun at any time
during the conversation with the use of the joystick. Beware however as
doing so at the wrong time could result in the conversation being
terminated or the character returning fire.

The interaction will end either after the player draws their gun or the
character has said all they wanted to say, at which point they will
perform an action. Depending on how the conversation ended the character
has a range of possible actions. This could be as simple as walking away
or immediately drawing their gun in an attempt to kill you. Some
characters will even pretend to be leaving by walking off screen just to
return immediately from behind an object to ambush you.

If you are unlucky enough to get shot, you will black out and the
town's doctor will be called. Depending on your previous interactions
with the doctor as well as the other residents within the town. The
doctor will choose whether or not to save your life. Occasionally the
doctor will be out of town resulting in the player’s immediate death.

The game will end after you have either been killed or have interacted
with all the available characters. The game tracks a number of things
from how well you maintained your authority to how many crimes you
committed during your play through. This information will be displayed
on screen in the form of several symbols.
